How Can We Help?
We warranty what we sell against manufacturing defect, in line with the realistic service life of each component.
Aluminium track
Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defect — corrosion, splitting, deformation. We’ve never had a stock-item track fail.
Cubicle curtains
Five-year warranty against fabric defect, seam failure and antimicrobial efficacy loss. Reasonable laundering cycles assumed — typically up to 50 wash cycles in five years.
Gliders, end stops, hangers
Two-year warranty. These are wear parts. A failed glider is a £1 problem we fix by sending you a new one.
What isn’t covered
- Damage from impact, vandalism or modification.
- Curtains laundered outside HSG(95)18 (e.g. 90 °C bleach cycles).
- Track damaged during a ceiling refit by a third-party contractor.
How to claim
Email a photo and the order number to our customer team. We’ll ship a replacement on the same day from stock in straightforward cases.
