Are your cubicle tracks HTM 66 compliant?

Yes. Our aluminium tracks, ceiling suspension hangers and bay layouts are designed and tested to meet HTM 66 for use in NHS and other clinical settings. Our complete kits ship with the correct hanger spacing as standard and we can supply compliance notes on request.

Do you supply NHS Trusts and accept purchase orders?

Yes — we are a registered NHS supplier and accept official purchase orders from Trusts, hospitals, GP practices and care groups. Email or call the UK quote team and we will set up a credit account or process the PO directly.

How quickly can you dispatch?

Standard kits ship from UK stock in 2–3 working days. Bespoke shapes and large bay configurations are usually 5–10 working days. We hold large stocks of aluminium track in white, grey and silver anodised finishes so most jobs go out the door the same week.

Can I get a quote without creating an account?

Yes. The online configurator prices any layout to the millimetre with no login required — you can add to cart, save a quote or send the spec to us for a formal written quotation.

Do you offer installation?

Yes. We supply our own UK installation teams for ward refurbs, new-build healthcare projects and care-home estates. Site surveys are a paid service (we don’t offer free check-measures), but the survey fee is credited against the order if you proceed. What is the warranty?

The aluminium track itself carries a lifetime warranty. Cubicle curtains are warranted for 5 years against manufacturing defects. Both warranties are honoured by our UK team — no third-party claims handling.

Can I order replacement parts and gliders separately?

Yes — we hold large stocks of gliders, runners, end stops, ceiling hangers, wall-fixing shoes and 90° bends as enquiry-priced spares. See Spares & Components or call the team for a same-day quote.
