What we look at
- Every bay, drawn and dimensioned on plan.
- Ceiling type, fixing depth, void contents.
- Existing track condition — reuse, refit, or strip out.
- Curtain count, size, fabric type and IPC requirements.
- Access constraints — live ward, after-hours, infection control.
The output is a fixed itemised quote with optional variants (e.g. standard vs antimicrobial curtains). No estimates, no contingencies, no surprises on the invoice.
What it costs
Surveys are a paid service — we do not offer free check-measures. A flat survey fee is quoted up front based on site location and scope, typically from £95 for a single ward bay up to a few hundred pounds for multi-site healthcare estates.
If you proceed with the order, the full survey fee is credited against your invoice — so for projects that go ahead, the survey is effectively free.
