Stock items can be returned unused within 30 days for a full refund. Bespoke items are non-returnable except for manufacturing defect.

Stock items — full refund

• Standard-size curtains in original packaging.
• Spares (gliders, end stops, hangers).
• Aluminium track cut to a stock length, in original packaging.

Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was misdescribed.

Bespoke items — refund only for defect

Configurator orders (track cut to your dimensions) and bespoke curtains are made to order. We can only accept returns where the item is defective or differs from the specification you signed off.

Exchanges

Swapping a stock-size curtain for a different size or colour is straightforward — return one, order the other, we’ll reconcile the carriage.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the damage at delivery, refuse the parcel if possible, and email us within 48 hours. Replacement ships next working day from stock.
