Made-to-measure cubicle curtains, manufactured in the UK to suit any track width and drop. Every curtain is sewn from BS5867 Part 2C flame-retardant fabric (100% IFR polyester) and shipped with the right header and tiebacks for your bay — ready to thread straight onto our aluminium tracks.

Fabric: 100% IFR (inherently flame-retardant) polyester — the certificate stays valid through repeated washing.
Fire certification: BS5867 Part 2C (NHS / clinical use).
Fullness: 35% (NHS-standard minor pleat) — set in the configurator.
Wash temperature: 70°C for thermal disinfection. Hang to dry; do not tumble hot.
Header style: 1″ pencil pleat — NHS-standard 35% fullness.
Tiebacks: none or single (matching fabric) — sold individually.
Colours: 11 stock colours — Denim, Amethyst, Apple, Black, Bottle, Brown, Claret, Ink Blue, Natural, Grey and Storm.
Lead time: made to order in the UK, typically 2–3 weeks.
Delivery: free UK delivery on orders over £250.

How it’s priced

Short drops (up to 280 cm) are cut from wide-width fabric with no joins. Tall drops (above 280 cm) are made from panels of standard 150 cm fabric, joined vertically — the configurator works out how many panels are needed and prices the made-up curtain in one go.

Compliance & documentation

BS5867 Part 2C certificate, washing instructions and a full spec sheet are available on download from the product page. NHS Trusts and care groups can request PO terms via the quote route.

How long does delivery take?

All washable cubicle curtains are made to order in the UK with a typical lead time of 2–3 weeks. Free delivery on orders over £250. Urgent NHS jobs — call the quote team and we will do our best to expedite.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash at 70°C for thermal disinfection — no special detergents needed. Hang to dry; do not tumble dry hot. The fabric is IFR (inherently flame-retardant) so the BS5867 Part 2C certification is unaffected by repeated washing.

Do you offer fitting / installation?

Yes — UK-wide installation by our partner team. Site surveys are quoted up front and credited against the order if you proceed. See the installation page →

Are the curtains fire-certified?

Yes — BS5867 Part 2C compliant. The fabric is 100% IFR polyester, certified for use in NHS and clinical settings. The flame-retardancy certificate is available on download (see the Downloads block above) and we email it with every order on request.

Can I return made-to-order curtains?

Made-to-measure curtains cannot be returned for change of mind. If a curtain is faulty or made to the wrong specification on our side, we remake and redeliver free of charge — that is our 5-year curtain warranty in action.

Do you accept NHS POs and trade accounts?

Yes. Request a quote and once your PO is approved, complete checkout selecting Pay by BACS — we ship as soon as the PO is on file. Standard 30-day terms apply for NHS Trusts.
