Spring-loaded hinge and magnetic latch

A spring-loaded hinge with integral magnetic latch — used as a quick-release coupling at the joint between a fixed track section and a moveable swing section. Lets a section of track be swung out of the way for equipment access.

Closes back automatically under spring tension and latches with a positive magnetic hold so curtains can be drawn normally with the section in place.

Used in radiology, theatre prep and ICU bays where bulky equipment needs to be moved in and out past the curtain track.
