How Can We Help?
You can self-install everything we sell — many estates teams do, and we ship with all the fixings and a setting-out drawing. For sites that prefer hands off, we do the lot: survey, fit, certificate.
The survey
- On-site visit by our surveyor, usually within 5 working days of enquiry.
- Measure every bay, photograph ceiling voids, note services.
- Itemised quote within 48 hours of the visit.
The install
- Two-person crew, fully PPE-equipped and DBS-checked.
- Out-of-hours and weekend work for live wards — no premium.
- Make-good of any plaster or paint where hangers are repositioned.
- Old curtains and track removed and recycled.
Handover
Every install ends with a walk-round and an HTM 66 compliance certificate. Photos go into your O&M pack. Any snag is back on site within 5 working days.
