Delivery
Stock items: dispatched within 1 working day. Mainland UK delivery is 2–3 working days. Highlands and Islands add 1–2 days.
Bespoke items: 5–7 working days lead time before dispatch. Larger projects may take longer — we’ll quote a delivery date with the order acknowledgement.
Carriage: free on mainland UK orders over £150 ex VAT. Below that, £14.95 per order. Track segments over 3.5 m ship on pallet — we’ll arrange a kerbside delivery and call ahead.
Returns
Stock items can be returned unused within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping is at your cost unless we got the order wrong.
Bespoke items (configurator tracks, made-to-measure curtains) are non-returnable except for manufacturing defect.
Damaged in transit: email us photos within 48 hours. Replacement out the same working day from stock.
