How to make a claim
Email a photo and the order number to hello@cubicletracks.co.uk — we’ll ship a replacement same day from stock in straightforward cases.
What isn’t covered
- Damage from impact, vandalism or third-party modification.
- Curtains laundered outside HSG(95)18 (e.g. 90 °C bleach cycles).
- Track damaged by a third-party contractor during ceiling refits.
